Expert Advice
I began my journey helping families in 2017 while working at a local health department as a nurse educating pregnant and postpartum women. My experiences then drove me to become an IBCLC and provide support for something so close to my heart. My goal is to help my clients with their family wellness needs by providing the guidance and resources needed to understand the root cause of their issues and develop a plan that works for them. As a certified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes everyone’s wellbeing and strengthens the bonds within your family.
